今日飯堂菜式是炸魚薯條。

魚很扁，不好吃。

平時吃的都是鱈魚，肉很厚很紮實，裹上炸漿，咬起來外脆內軟，而且要趁熱吃，感受魚汁流出來的鮮甜。

薯條一定要粗的，灑點鹽，番茄醬混芥末醬，超棒。

雖然這款本土菜常常被外國人嫌棄，但好吃的炸魚薯條是真的很好吃（廢話
